CAD Drafter/Designer

Responsibilities:
creating roof plans and roof details to help our clients and roofing crews clearly understand what we will be doing before the projects begin.

co-create, help design, develop and assess project details and specifications to make sure everything we do is done correctly and complies with what we promised our client. One of your main focuses will be the accuracy and appearance of the entire construction submital package.

perform measurements of roofs (aerial images, digital files, hand sketches and on-site visits) and draw roof plans with roof details for sales and production teams. You will make job site visits to survey existing conditions and provide other assistance to the Production Manager as requested. Meeting deadlines is crucial for this position.

Electrical Project Manager

Summary
The Electrical Project Manager will work on site, assisting and reporting to a senior project manager. He/She will interpret technical statements of work and design documentation as it relates to project planning, budgeting, procurements, implementation, testing, training, and project completion. The Electrical Project Manager will work with a variety of documentation on any given project including: submitals, testing, training, implementation, change orders, purchase orders, and subcontracts to ensure high quality of work at a job site. He/She will plan, schedule, adjust, and maintain timelines in a fast paced construction/installation environment while maximizing resources and optimizing budgets.


Qualifications:
• Demonstrates understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of our Company.
• Position requires 3-5 years of experience working as a Licensed Journeyman.
• Possesses a journeyman’s license or master electrician license.
• Pass a background check, including drug test.
• Works well with others in order to reach common goals.

Excavation Project Manager  (Fort Smith, AR) 

Our Excavation Project Manager will provide organizational structure to the management of ongoing projects.

General Function:

Provide planning, management, cost estimation and documentation for excavation activities and utility installations. Project Manager directs and organizes the site crews according to the project time line and provides the necessary resources to complete the project

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Estimating: Analyze and compile estimate data that impact labor costs, materials, equipment requirements, location and other factors to ensure a timely estimate. Review drawings, specifications and proposed project site conditions to determine final project estimate. Analyzes risk versus profitability of each estimate. Complete take-off’s to confirm quantities and ensure accuracy of drawings.

  • Project Management: Evaluates project documents to plan procedures, starting and completion times, and staffing requirements for each phase of construction. Orders procurement of tools, equipment, and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.

  • Leadership: Directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays. Manages supervisory and engineering personnel, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods.

  • Quality and Safety: Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules. Dedicated to maintaining a zero-accident culture by adhering to site safety protocols and OSHA safety standards

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must submit to background and random drug testing

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
